The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a network of free services provided by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (formerly Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield) to help full-time employees and their household members cope with issues experienced in everyday life. Services include short-term confidential counseling and wellness resources.
